Lori teaches our Tucker University classes.
This is a series of classes using Studio 180 Designs rulers. These tools are great and we can't wait to teach you how to use them.
Lori is currently nearing the end of a series of the Tucker U classes. Once that series concludes, we will work to schedule another series. Let us know if you would like to be notified when that schedule is confirmed.

Nancy teaches the Beginning Quiltmaking classes.
This is a comprehensive series of 4 full day classes where you will learn the foundational techniques of piecing a quilt. Handouts and instructions will give you information that you will then put into practice during the classes. The 4 classes are spaced out to allow you time to do some work at home to prepare for the next class. Nancy will share things that she and Lori feel are the best practices to set you on the journey of becoming a successful piecer. By the time you complete the class you will have completed all of the steps to make a quilt top.
Nancy is currently concluding 2 classes. Three more classes are scheduled for later in the year as listed below. Additional classes may be added to include a Saturday series.
THIS PAGE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND MORE INFORMATION WILL BE ADDED TO THIS ONE TO INCLUDE THE SCHEDULED CLASSES. THE NEXT ONE WILL BE IN MAY. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR DATES.

Class Registration and Participation Policies
Remember that space is limited, so register early, but with consideration for your ability to attend as class. Registration is not considered to be firm until you have paid the class fee. This is done to ensure that once a class makes, the teacher may properly prepare for the class and students may purchase supplies with the assurance that the class will be conducted.
NOTICE - Cancellations within two weeks of the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of class fee by the student. The fee will be paid to the teacher. Fees for cancellations earlier than within two weeks will be held for registration in a later class.
Registrations may be made in person or by phone. If registering by phone, you will be required to provide credit card information and your payment will be processed immediately to firm up your registration.
Whenever we require the purchase of a book or pattern it is with consideration for copyright laws. This means we won't copy anything out of a book that's in print. You'll need to purchase the book or pattern required for the class. Yep, you get the 10% discount when you purchase it. If you already own a copy, you are welcome to use it for the class.
You may be offered the opportunity to evaluate our classes and teachers if we have someone new who joins our teaching staff. These will be anonymous, so please provide comments that will help us continually improve our teaching program. We appreciate any suggestions for future classes.
Class duration is estimated and may vary based on number of students and impromptu discussions. If a class ends before shop closing time, students are welcome to continue sewing to maximize progress.
Most classes require a sewing machine, basic sewing supplies and cutting supplies. Please ensure that your machine is in good working order before you come to class. Bring your Users Guide if you don’t have a complete and thorough knowledge of the operation of your machine as all machines are different and we will not be familiar with many of them and therefore, won’t be able to offer assistance with your machine. If you need basic sewing supplies that we stock, you will receive a 10% discount with your paid registration. The discount is applied when you check out at the end of the day.
Make-Up Classes – If you take a class that is a multi-session class and have to miss a session, at her discretion, the instructor may offer a make-up class. If so, the cost of the session will be $50.
For day long classes, we suggest you bring a light sack lunch or snack. There will be a 30 minute lunch break.
